Mendly is a daily check-in that shows you what actually moves your mood.

A minute a day: rate your day out of ten, answer a few short questions, and add a note if you feel like it. Within a couple of weeks, Mendly starts showing you the connections, worked out from your own check-ins rather than generic advice: the things that reliably make your days better, and the ones that quietly cost you.

HOW IT WORKS

• Pick what you want to track. Sleep, exercise, stress, energy, time with people, time outside, or write your own questions with Mendly Plus. Change them whenever you like.
• Check in once a day. It takes about a minute, and a gentle reminder at the time you choose keeps the habit going. The reminder never mentions what you track or how you answered.
• See your history at a glance: a calendar, your streak, your best and hardest day of the week, and how steady the last stretch has been.

WHAT YOU GET BACK

After about ten check-ins, Mendly starts comparing what you track against how your days actually went. Not "sleep is good for you" but your own numbers: how often your longer nights beat your usual day, against how often your shorter ones did.

Mendly reports rates, not averages. "48% of good-sleep days versus 6% of short-sleep days" tells you something. "6.3 versus 4.2" doesn't.

WHAT MENDLY WILL NOT DO

It will not invent a pattern. Every comparison has to clear a statistical test before you are shown it, and the method is explained inside the app. When nothing clears it, Mendly tells you so instead of showing you something faint.

It will not push you. No streak guilt, no targets, no score to beat.

It will not sell you. No ads, no advertising IDs, no third-party analytics. Export everything as a spreadsheet whenever you want, and delete your account and all of it from Settings.

MENDLY PLUS

• A written read of your week every Sunday, built from your own check-ins and notes.
• Deeper comparisons: what the day before did to today, what builds up across several days, and two things at once.
• Your own questions, tracked and compared like everything else.

Plus is optional. The free version is a complete mood tracker and habit tracker, not a trial.

FOR THERAPY CLIENTS

If your therapist uses Mendly, sign in with the account they invited you to and do your daily check-in in the app.

WORTH KNOWING

Mendly is a general wellness app, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent anything, and nothing in it is medical or psychological advice. Two things happening on the same days may have nothing to do with each other.

If you are in crisis, Mendly is not the right tool. In the United States, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
