Sport, the old-fashioned way.

SportFax brings live football, cricket, rugby union, NFL, Formula 1, snooker and racing to your phone in the style of Ceefax and teletext — bold colour on a black screen, page numbers, the fastext bar along the bottom.

No timelines, no autoplay video, no adverts, no tracking. Just the scores, laid out the way they were before everything got noisy.

Turn to a page and it's there:

FOOTBALL
• Live scores as they happen
• Results, fixtures and league tables
• A proper vidiprinter, ticking over goal by goal
• Headlines from the Guardian

CRICKET

• Fixtures, tables and results
• Batting and bowling averages

RUGBY UNION
• Live scores from the Premiership, the URC, the Top 14 and the Champions Cup
• The Six Nations, the Nations Championship and the autumn internationals
• Team pages, tables and fixtures

NFL

PLUS FORMULA 1, SNOOKER and RACING

FOLLOW YOUR TEAMS
• Star the clubs and countries you care about across football, cricket, rugby and NFL
• Filter tables and results down to just your teams
• Saved on your device — no account, no tracking

AND, BECAUSE WHY NOT
• Games on page 700 — QuizFax, Spot Kick, Starting XI, Darts and more, with a weekly leaderboard
• Put your name on the board — set a GAME NAME and your scores show up top

Tap the page number to jump straight to a page, just like typing it on the remote. Swipe, or use the coloured fastext buttons, to move around. Live pages refresh themselves. Lost signal on the train? SportFax keeps showing you the last scores it had, with the time they were from — it never leaves you staring at a blank screen.

Free. No adverts. No account. No tracking.

I grew up checking the football and cricket scores on Ceefax — punching in the page number and waiting for it to cycle back round. SportFax is that, rebuilt: live sport the old-fashioned way, calmer and quieter than everything else on your phone.

No clutter, nothing chasing your attention. Just the scores, the way they used to be.
