Make every session count. FlowState is a BJJ training journal for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioners who want to remember what they learned, build consistency and see their progress on the mats.

Log your gi and no-gi training, capture the details that matter and return to your notes before your next session. Whether you are starting as a white belt or refining your game, keep your training history in one place.

LOG YOUR TRAINING
Record classes, sparring and open mats. Track training time, intensity, rounds and submissions, with support for full rounds and positional sparring. Add tags and notes so you can find useful lessons later.

REMEMBER WHAT WORKED
Write down what went well, what needs work and how you felt. Keep the small details that are easy to forget after a busy week of jiu-jitsu.

BUILD CONSISTENCY
Set weekly training goals and follow your progress. Review your week to spot patterns in your sessions and decide what to focus on next.

CONNECT WITH TRAINING PARTNERS
Find training partners, share sessions with friends and follow their training activity. Choose whether a session is private or shared with your connections.

TRACK YOUR WEIGHT
Keep a weight log alongside your training record and follow changes over time.
