MilitaryTrained is an independent fitness app. It does not represent, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by, any government or military organization.

Know the standard. Train the gap.

Choose a fitness goal, record your baseline and see which areas need work. Track practice assessments, training and progress in one place.

Compare your results with supported published military fitness requirements or clearly labeled MilitaryTrained training benchmarks. Build consistency with planned sessions, progress history, XP and fictional progression tiers. Free includes assessments, readiness tracking, a fixed Foundation Fitness routine and workout tracking, with ads on eligible non-workout screens. Pro removes ads and adds personalized routine options. Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription managed through Google Play.

Readiness scores and self-reported results do not certify military eligibility, an official test pass or selection readiness. The app does not provide government services or guarantee admission, selection or qualification. Requirements can change. Confirm current rules and eligibility with the relevant recruiting authority.

The app links to these original sources. GoArmy.com and Navy.com are official U.S. military recruiting websites. Sources are also accessible in the app under Government sources & independence and alongside the selected goal.
