MOMDAY is a pregnancy and postpartum fitness app built for exactly where you are in your journey, at the gym or at home. Tell us your due date or delivery date, and your program matches your exact week of pregnancy or stage of postpartum, so you never have to guess what to do.

Founded and led by Ella Dove, a mother of two, MOMDAY exists to rewrite the outdated story about what women can and can't do during pregnancy and motherhood. It's not about the mirror. It's about progress: showing up for yourself, wherever you are today. We call it The Strength That Carries.

PREGNANCY WORKOUTS
- A week-by-week pregnancy fitness program across all three trimesters, based on your due date
- New pregnancy workouts every week as your body changes
- A Labor Prep series, added automatically at week 34 and open to join anytime

POSTPARTUM WORKOUTS
- Four levels that build in order: Early Postpartum, Core & Pelvic Floor, Return to Strength and Signature Strong
- A starting point set by your delivery date, delivery type and where you are in recovery
- Progression by phase, not by the calendar, so your postpartum workout plan never rushes you
- Cesarean-specific programming, plus a dedicated cesarean recovery series

TRAIN YOUR WAY, AT THE GYM OR AT HOME
- Follow Along: continuous guided video workouts, at home or at the gym
- Self-Paced: an exercise list with demo videos, worked through at your own speed
- A 30- or 60-minute option and a gym or at-home option on every Self-Paced program, except postpartum Levels 1 and 2, which are built for early recovery
- Rep logging, autofill from your last session and exercise swaps when you need them

HUNDREDS OF WORKOUTS AND CLASSES
- Strength, Mobility, Pain Relief, Yoga, Pilates, HIIT and Meditation classes
- Filters for length and body focus, or series you can follow from start to finish
- Every pregnancy fitness and postpartum workout program is led by Ella Dove, with classes from a team of women trainers
- Education modules for pregnancy and postpartum that you can rewatch anytime from the Today tab

MUSIC THAT MOVES WITH YOU
- Built-in, ad-free music stations that start with your first workout
- Or play your own music from any app, with the trainer's voice over the top

STAY ON TRACK
- A calendar where you pick your workout days and drag sessions to reschedule
- Daily reminders and weekly streaks that count everything you complete
- Logging for walks, runs, swims, rides and other activities
- Automatic downloads of your next pregnancy or postpartum workouts for offline use

COMMUNITY
- Posts, photos and comments with moms who get it
- A check-in and a share card at the end of every workout
