Live Sales Coach is MoveMobility's in-field coaching tool for salespeople and their managers. It listens with you during a customer conversation and coaches in the moment — then turns the visit into a clear, shareable report.
Coach live, in the room
While you sit with a customer, Live Sales Coach shows short, timely nudges on screen — drawn from Gap Selling and Baseline Selling discovery practices and tailored to your vehicle programme. It prompts you to explore the customer's current reality, uncover the real problem, and attach real numbers and impact before talking product. If the conversation jumps ahead to pitching, it flags that too.
Record and capture the visit
Record the conversation with one tap (with the customer's permission), add your own notes, and keep the screen awake so nothing interrupts the meeting.
A debrief after every visit
When the visit ends, you get a structured summary: the customer's situation, the gap between where they are and where they want to be, business and personal impact, what went well, what to improve, and missed discovery questions — scored against MoveMobility's discovery methodology.
Speaker-labelled transcripts
The transcript separates speakers and recognises names, so you can see exactly who said what.
Share with the office
Every visit report is available to your colleagues in Team visits — so the notes, transcript and debrief reach the office without a single message on chat. Pick a salesperson, open their visit, and coach from the report.
Built for mobile medical and community vehicle programmes
Discovery questions are tailored to the programmes we serve: mobile medical clinics, mobile dental and specialty care, community outreach, accessible transit, mobile command and response, and mobile office, library and showroom units.
Private by design
Live Sales Coach is available only to invited MoveMobility employees. Recordings stay private to the person who recorded them; reports are shared within the organisation only.
