MyHRT is a private, local-first tracker for hormone replacement therapy. Everything you record stays on your device and is encrypted at rest, with the encryption key protected by Android's Keystore (hardware-backed where your device supports it). No account, no cloud, no analytics, no ads. The app has no internet access, so it can't transmit your data over the network. Nothing leaves your device unless you export or share it yourself.

TRACK WHAT MATTERS
- Medications: patches, gels, injections, tablets, implants and more, with a wide built-in database or fully custom entries
- Doses: log taken, skipped or missed in one tap, with per-medication schedules, cyclical (on/off) regimens and injection site rotation
- Blood tests: record lab results and your lab's reference ranges, and follow levels over time
- Bleeding: log bleeding and period days with flow and notes, alongside your doses and results (optional for relevant profiles)
- Wellbeing: daily diary check-ins for mood, energy, sleep and custom items
- Body metrics: weight and measurements
- Supply: current stock with run-out estimates

SEE THE BIGGER PICTURE
- Adherence charts, streaks and calendar history
- Wellbeing trends over weeks and months
- Dose-change and bleeding markers so you can see what changed and when
- Home-screen widgets for at-a-glance dose status

MAKE IT YOURS
- Add your own medications, tracking items and blood markers
- Choose your calendar style (dots, tiles or activity rings) and a dotted or clean-line adherence graph
- Pick your bleeding-marker colour
- Rename the widget and control exactly what it shows

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
- Health data encrypted at rest, with the key stored in Android Keystore (hardware-backed where your device supports it)
- Optional app lock with biometrics or PIN
- Reminders can hide medication names from your lock screen
- Widget privacy: hide medication names, the delivery method or the dose count, and set your own widget title
- Screenshot blocking on by default
- Export everything as JSON or CSV whenever you want, with optional password protection

The encryption and secure-storage code is published so you can read and verify it yourself: github.com/stugalabs/myhrt-security
