Turn what you shoot from the beach into income.

FilmedSurf connects surfers with the filmers who shoot them. The Android app is for filmers.

KNOW WHERE TO FILM
• The demand map shows, spot by spot, how many surfers are in the water now and who plans to paddle out in the next 48 hours
• Surfers who share their location appear on the map, with a note they wrote about how to spot them (board color and so on)
• Announce a shoot and it shows up for surfers nearby — followers of that spot get notified

FILM IN THE APP
• Clips shot with the in-app camera keep their time and location, so the spot is set automatically
• Clips shot with the in-app camera notify the FilmedSurf surfers who were at that spot at that time

IMPORT WHAT YOU SHOT
• Bring in video and photos from your camera — pick the session (spot and time) and import
• Imports go live after a quick review

PRICE EACH CLIP AND PHOTO
• Set your own price for each clip and photo — and change it any time before it sells
• Faces are automatically blurred in public previews

KEEP 75% OF EVERY SALE
• Early filmers — first sale by Dec 31, 2026 (Japan time) — keep 85% until Aug 31, 2027
• Follow your sales and payouts in the Earnings tab
• Set up payouts with Stripe — once that's done, your clips and photos go on sale

WHERE WE ARE TODAY
FilmedSurf started in Japan. For now, spots, the demand map and the surfers using FilmedSurf are all in Japan — outside Japan there are no spots or demand yet.

Location is used to detect the spot you filmed at and to show demand near you. While the camera screen is open, your position is shown to nearby surfers on their map.
