Kittenfield turns the wall bars at home into a place where the whole family moves — grown-ups and children alike.

PICK A GOAL, GET A WEEK
Tell the app what you want to train — a stronger back, mobility, glutes and a reset after a day at the desk. Kittenfield builds a plan around it: 3, 5 or 7 days, effort and release alternating, holds that grow from 15 to 45 seconds. Or build your own week from one to three focuses.

VIDEO FOR EVERY MOVE
Every exercise comes with a short clip filmed on real wall bars. Watch the move, press start, and the app counts reps and rest for you — sets, timers and progress stay on screen, no scrolling mid-exercise.

DOZENS OF EXERCISES ON YOUR WALL BARS
Climbs, hangs, squats, rows, stretches and spine relief — from age 3 to grown-ups. Each one shows who it's for, how many sets, what to watch for and what it develops. Tell the app which wall bars and accessories you have (rings, rope, trapeze, slant board) and it adapts.

ACTIVITY CARDS FOR KIDS
One round a day: an easy warm-up card, three movement cards, then calm-down cards with gentle stretches and breathing. Cards you finish today don't come back until tomorrow, so every day feels new.

MADE FOR FAMILIES
- Works without an account — try everything right away.
- Create an account to keep progress across devices.
- One account for the whole family: a grown-up's plan and a child's cards side by side.
- No ads, no tracking, no in-app purchases.

SAFETY FIRST
Wall bars are equipment you install yourself. Make sure they are securely mounted, use a mat, and stay next to younger children while they climb. The app reminds you where a grown-up should be nearby.

Kittenfield is made by GretDecoret, a maker of wooden children's sports equipment, and works with any brand of wall bars.
