Geld zurück – track returns, refunds and important deadlines

Have you sent a return but are still waiting for your refund? Do you want to avoid missing a return window or remember to check whether a cancellation has been confirmed?

Geld zurück helps you stay organized from purchase to resolution. It does more than count down the days. Based on the status of each item, the app shows a practical next step: record the return, add tracking details, confirm delivery, check the refund status or follow up with the provider.

KEEP YOUR MONEY IN VIEW

See the total value connected to your open items at a glance. Confirmed refunds are recorded separately, so you can track how much money you have actually received.

CLEAR NEXT STEPS

Depending on the status of an item, the app can suggest actions such as:

• Record a return or cancellation request
• Add shipping and tracking details
• Confirm delivery
• Record a refund
• Track partial payments and the remaining balance
• Choose a personal follow-up date
• Check a refund or confirmation status

MESSAGES ONLY WHEN YOU NEED THEM

In many cases, checking your account, the returns portal or your emails is enough. If something still needs clarification, Geld zurück can prepare a professional message using the information you have saved, including the retailer, amount, date, order number and tracking number.

Review the message before copying or sharing it. A contact is only added to the item history after you confirm that the message was actually sent.

TRACK RETURNS AND REFUNDS

• Save return windows and custom deadlines
• Record products, retailers, prices and order numbers
• Document when a return was sent
• Keep the tracking number close at hand
• Record the confirmed delivery date
• Enter the expected refund
• Record partial refunds
• See the amount still outstanding
• Keep the item open until the outcome is resolved

MORE THAN RETURN DEADLINES

You can also manage cancellations, warranties, expiry dates, maintenance dates and other important deadlines. Search and filters help you stay organized as your list grows.

KEEP RECEIPTS CLOSE

Attach a receipt photo or PDF to an item. Receipts remain stored locally on your device and are not synchronized to the cloud.

REMINDERS THAT FOLLOW THE PROCESS

Choose your own follow-up date. After you record a return, the countdown shows the time until your next check. It does not create a new return or refund deadline.

The Basic version supports up to five open items and one selected reminder per item.

PREMIUM – ONE-TIME PURCHASE

Premium includes:

• Unlimited open items
• Multiple reminder times
• Editable custom message templates
• Additional follow-up stages
• Complete item history
• PDF export for individual items and the full overview

Premium is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

PRIVATE AND FLEXIBLE

Start without an account and keep your data on your device. You can optionally connect your Google account to synchronize items and restore them when moving to another device.

Geld zurück is available in German and English, with light, dark and system themes.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Geld zurück is an organization and reminder tool, not a legal advice service. The app does not verify return policies and does not send messages automatically. Return rights, warranties, cancellation terms and processing times can vary by provider and situation. Always review the terms and information supplied by the relevant provider.
