Some days you just need somewhere to put it all. Luther is a private space to talk things through, understand what you're feeling, and find your way back to calm — any hour, no appointment, no judgement. Your first day: 30 messages, no card.

TALK WHENEVER IT HITS
Start a conversation and get a thoughtful reply in seconds. Three ways to talk: a supportive listener, a straight-talking friend, or a curious mind that helps you think a problem through. Type, send a voice message, or share a picture. Everything you write stays yours.

UNDERSTAND WHAT'S GOING ON
Nine questionnaires, including well-known screening scales for low mood, anxiety, stress, sleep and distress. Each one takes a few minutes and ends with a clear explanation of what your score means — in plain language, not clinical jargon.

CALM DOWN IN MINUTES
Guided breathing, grounding and relaxation exercises for the moments when your chest is tight and your head won't stop. Plus a library of ambient sounds — rain, ocean, birdsong, white noise — to sleep, focus or simply breathe to.

SEE YOUR PATTERNS
A daily mood check-in takes five seconds and quietly builds a picture over weeks. Notice what lifts you and what drains you. Every week Luther reads back what happened and offers a short reflection.

KEEP WHAT MATTERS
A private diary for the things worth holding on to — a note to yourself, a passage that landed, a link you want to come back to. Luther keeps the gist of each one, and what you save becomes part of what it remembers about you. One tap turns that off.

STRUCTURED PROGRAMMES
Step-by-step courses that build a habit rather than a one-off good day — for anxiety, self-esteem, sleep and stress.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No ads and no advertising SDKs. Nothing in the app tracks what you tap in order to profile you. We don't sell your data and we never use your conversations to train AI models. Delete your account whenever you like and everything goes with it — immediately and for good.

FREE TO START

A NOTE ON WHAT LUTHER IS
Luther is a self-help tool, not medical care. It doesn't diagnose, it isn't therapy, and it can't replace a doctor or a psychologist. It's also not an emergency service — if you're in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please contact your local emergency number or a crisis helpline right away. You deserve immediate, human support.
