Quitting gambling isn’t simply a matter of willpower. It’s about having the right support between you and a betting app when the urge is strongest.

That’s what OddsOut is.

WHAT YOU’LL FIND

• Your progress — Track your gambling-free days from any date you choose.
• The Promise — A personal commitment to yourself, renewed one day at a time.
• A private journal — Track your mood, urges and sleep on a 1–5 scale, with space to write whatever is on your mind.
• Money saved — See how much you haven’t spent on gambling and turn those savings into meaningful goals.
• Milestones — Earn achievements as you progress. They remain part of your journey, even if you experience a relapse.

WHEN THE URGE HITS

The Crisis Button gives you immediate access to support, with no waiting.

Inside, you’ll find helplines for your country, just one tap away, along with practical exercises for the moments when an urge feels overwhelming — including guided breathing, urge surfing, progressive muscle relaxation and HALT.

These tools aren’t about forcing yourself to resist. They’re designed to help you understand the urge, stay present and give it time to pass.

THE BLOCKER

Choose the betting apps on your phone and OddsOut will place a protective barrier between you and them when you try to open them.

The blocker continues working even when OddsOut is closed, and you can turn it off whenever you choose. You remain in control of your phone at all times.

YOU DON’T HAVE TO DO THIS ALONE

Odd is your always-available companion — there when you need someone to talk to.

The OddsOut community is anonymous. You join using a pseudonym, never your real name. Take part in discussions, join groups based on your experience, and connect with people who understand what you’re going through.

When you’re ready for professional support, you can also explore our directory of psychologists.

YOUR JOURNAL. YOUR PRIVACY.

Your journal is encrypted and private. We cannot read it — not us, and not anyone else.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time, without needing anyone’s permission.
