Meditation for the moments you're already in.

Most meditation apps ask you to find extra time, sit down, and build a habit. Herely starts from the other end. You already have moments in your day: folding laundry, waiting to be called in, walking the dog, standing in a checkout line. Each one can be a small meditation.

Pick a moment. Pick how long you have. Press play. A guided voice meets you where you are, eyes open and fully in control.

WHY HERELY IS DIFFERENT
• Built around real moments, not a meditation schedule. Laundry, Waiting Room, Walking, Airport, Checkout Line, Doing Dishes, Hiking, Screen-Free Wind-Down, Between Tasks, Performance Centering, and 3AM for the nights you're wide awake.
• Lengths that match the task. Each moment comes in the lengths that fit it, from a few minutes up to half an hour, so the guidance finishes about when the moment does.
• Nothing to browse. No library to scroll and no course to complete. Pick a moment, pick a length, press play.
• Made to keep going. Audio keeps playing with your screen locked, and you can jump back or forward 10 seconds.
• Optional ambient sound that fades in softly under the voice.
• A gentle record, not a streak. Moments you've tried today turn gold, and Mindful Minutes adds up the time you've really listened.

A GENTLE NUDGE
Turn on reminders and, if you haven't opened Herely in two days, you'll get one quiet reminder to pick a moment.

SAFETY FIRST
Herely is only for moments where you're fully in control of your body. Never use it while driving, cycling, or operating machinery.

Seven moments are free forever at 3 minutes each: Checkout Line, Coffee, Doing Dishes, Walking the Dog, Screen-Free Wind-Down, Performance Centering, and Between Tasks. No account, no trial, no credit card.

A Herely membership unlocks every moment at every length for $3.99 per month or $39.99 per year. Cancel anytime in your phone's subscription settings.
