yOdin is a community app for people living away from home.

Ask a question, get a real answer. Share what is happening around you. Find the
people who speak your language and know your city.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Discussions
Ask anything — paperwork, housing, work, everyday life. Replies come from people
who have been through the same thing. When an answer solves your problem, mark
it as accepted and the discussion closes, so the next person finds the answer
instead of the argument.

A feed that is actually about your city
Posts are organised into News, Events, Places and Lifestyle. Filter the feed by
nationality and country to see what matters to your community, not a global
noise stream.

Events with RSVP
See what is happening nearby, say whether you are coming, and know who else will
be there.

Question of the Day
One question for the whole community each day. A simple way to meet people
without having to start a conversation from nothing.

Profiles worth reading
Name, @handle, bio, nationality, the languages you speak and where you live.
Follow the people whose answers you trust, and earn points when the community
finds yours useful.

Photos and video
Attach media to posts and discussions. Search across the forum to check whether
your question has already been answered.

Your language
The interface is available in more than 30 languages, including English,
Russian, Azerbaijani, Turkish, Arabic, Persian, Hindi, Chinese, Spanish, French
and German.

A community that is moderated
Every post, discussion, comment and reply can be reported. Reports are reviewed
by a moderator, and repeat offenders face restrictions that get longer each
time. The rules are enforced, not decorative.

PRIVACY

yOdin does not track your location, does not run analytics, and carries no
advertising SDKs. Your nationality and country of residence are picked from a
list — the app has no city field and never reads your device location. We do not
sell your data.

Free to use. Sign up with an email address and join in.
