Pacely is a calm pacing app that helps you budget your energy with post-covid, long covid, ME/CFS or ABI. Your day stays clear, with no pressure and no game elements.

Living with post-covid, ME/CFS, ABI or another picture of chronic exhaustion means doing daily sums with a limited energy budget. Pacing helps you share that budget out, and Pacely is built to make the sums clear.

In Pacely every day has a budget, and every activity has a weight. You plan your day, you keep track of what you do, and you look back at how it went. No contests with yourself, just a clear view of what a day costs you and how to spread it better.

What you can do with Pacely
- Plan your day in a calm overview of activities and rests
- Give activities a weight that matches what they cost you
- Note briefly, during or afterwards, how something landed
- See patterns in your pacing across several days
- Build a baseline that moves with how you are really doing

Who it is for
Pacely is made for people with post-covid, long covid, ME/CFS, ABI or another form of chronic fatigue. Pacing is widely advised for these conditions. Pacely is a tool to help you do pacing your way, not medical advice.

Tone and language
Pacely talks about budget and spending, not about scores. An activity costs energy, a day has a budget. That keeps the model easy to follow, even on a day when everything is a little too much. The tone is observational, not encouraging: it is your body, you decide.

Privacy
Pacely is built in the Netherlands and runs on European servers. Health data falls under the special category of the GDPR and is treated that way. You pay for the app, not with your data: no ads, no selling of data, no automated decisions by AI.

Pacely Pro
With Pacely Pro you get insight based on your own patterns, a link with your practitioner and more detailed charts. Pacing stays free to use; Pro is cancellable monthly through Google Play.
