Turn every walk into a game you actually want to win.

Stride Challenge pays you in Stride Coins for every step, then lets you put those coins on the line. Join a step challenge, hit your daily goal every day, and the walkers who finish share the coin pool. Miss a day and your stake stays in the pot. Simple, fair and surprisingly motivating.

HOW IT WORKS
• Connect Health Connect (or use your phone's step sensor) — we only read your daily step count
• Earn 1 Stride Coin for every 100 steps, up to 100 coins a day
• Stake coins on a challenge: 1 day, a weekend, a week, a month
• Finish every day to share the pool, or get your stake back plus a bonus in solo challenges
• Me vs Me: back yourself — each day you hit your goal pays your stake back plus 20%

COMPETE WITH REAL PEOPLE
• Public challenges open every day, with a bonus pool even when you are the first to join
• Weekly leagues: the top walkers move up from Bronze to Diamond every Monday
• Global leaderboards for the last 7 days, 30 days and all time
• Add friends with your invite link and race them all week
• A community goal: every walker's steps add up to the next landmark

TROPHIES, RANKS AND STREAKS
• 25 badges to unlock, league medals and a rank that grows with every step and every win
• Daily streaks and a gentle evening reminder to finish your goal

FAIR PLAY
• Manually entered steps never count
• Every day is capped at what a human can actually walk
• Only real people appear in challenges and leaderboards — no bots, no fake players

STRIDE PRO
• Join up to 5 challenges at once (1 on the free plan)
• Create private challenges for your friends, family or office
