POPS is a healthcare organizer for families caring for someone they love. Keep a parent's or child's health records, medications, documents, appointments and care tasks in one place, and share it with everyone who helps.

No more group texts, paper folders, or "did anyone give Dad his pills?" calls. Everyone on the care team sees the same up-to-date information.

WHO POPS HELPS
• Grown children caring for an aging parent
• Families sharing care between siblings, spouses and helpers
• Parents managing a child's ongoing health needs
• Anyone who keeps track of someone else's doctors, meds and paperwork

HEALTH RECORDS
• Connect to your loved one's patient portal (Epic MyChart) and pull in conditions, medications, allergies and lab results
• Add your own entries for anything the chart doesn't have
• Mark a condition as resolved, group duplicates, or let POPS suggest a tidy-up of a messy chart

MEDICATIONS
• One list of what they take now and what they used to take
• Medication reminders on your phone
• A shared dose log: tap Mark as Taken and the whole family can see who gave which dose and when
• Mark a medication as stopped, edit it, or start it again

DOCUMENTS, PHOTOS AND NOTES
• Scan insurance cards, discharge papers and forms into clean PDFs
• Store photos, voice notes and short video notes
• Everything is organized by person, so it's easy to find in a doctor's office

APPOINTMENTS AND CARE TASKS
• A care task board for appointments, insurance calls and errands
• Appointment reminders that tell you plainly when ("Tomorrow at 2:30 PM")
• Google Calendar sync

SHARE THE CARE
• Invite family and helpers to a profile
• Message the care team inside the app
• Mute a profile's notifications for a few hours when you need a break
• People you invite can help for free on profiles shared with them

AI HEALTHCARE ORGANIZER ASSISTANT
• Ask questions about your loved one's own records and documents in plain language, like "when was her last blood test?" or "what is this medication for?"
• The assistant only uses what's stored in that person's profile, and you choose whether to turn it on

WORKS OFFLINE
• Look things up without a signal, like in a hospital basement, and POPS syncs when you're back online

SECURITY AND PRIVACY
• Encrypted on your device and in the cloud
• Sign in with Google or Apple
• We never sell your data
• Delete your account and data from inside the app at any time
