Your Personal Productivity & Wellness Companion

EP is the all-in-one productivity and wellness app designed to help you get more done, feel better, and stay motivated — without the overwhelm. Clean, simple, and beautifully customisable, EP brings every part of your life into one place.

TASKS & PROJECTS

Creating and managing tasks has never been easier. Add tasks in seconds, set due dates, priorities, and sizes, and organise them into colour-coded Spaces that match how you actually think. Turn notes into tasks with a single tap — perfect for capturing ideas and acting on them instantly.

Recurring tasks repeat automatically, so your routine runs itself. The smart auto-scheduling feature plans your week for you based on your available time and task size, taking the decision-making out of your day.

NOTES & NOTEBOOKS

EP's rich notes feature lets you write, format, and organise your thoughts in full-featured notebooks with multiple pages. Attach actions to directly to noteboks, and even email notes directly from the app. Capture handwritten notes using your camera, and let EP transcribe them for you automatically.

HABITS

Build lasting habits with EP's flexible habit tracker. Set daily or weekly targets, track numerical habits with custom goals, and see your progress through beautiful streak counters. Weekly planning helps you schedule habits across the days that suit you. Completing habits earns you points — making consistency genuinely rewarding.

POINTS, REWARDS & MEDALS

EP turns productivity into a game you actually want to play. Every task and habit you complete earns points, which you can spend on custom rewards you define yourself — a coffee, a film night, whatever motivates you. Unlock medals as you hit milestones, celebrate your wins with the Cookie Jar (a personal collection of your proudest moments), and watch your streaks grow.

WELLNESS FEATURES

EP looks after more than your to-do list. The Pomodoro timer keeps you focused with structured work and rest sessions. The Breathwork and Grounding tools give you quick, guided exercises to reduce stress and reset your mind. The Daily Check-In helps you reflect on your mood and intentions each morning and schedule tasks depending on how you feel.

GOALS

Set meaningful goals with start values, targets, and checkpoints. Track your progress visually and stay motivated as you move closer to what matters most to you.

BUDGETING

Take control of your finances with the built-in budget tracker. Log your income, subscriptions, direct debits, and variable spending. EPautomatically marks bills as paid on their due date and gives you a clear picture of where your money goes each month.

CUSTOMISABLE DASHBOARD

Your dashboard is yours. Choose which widgets appear and rearrange them to suit your workflow. See your habits, upcoming tasks, recent notes, points progress, Pomodoro timer, Cookie Jar, and more — all at a glance, all in the order that makes sense to you.

SHARED SPACES

Collaboration is built in. Share subspaces with family, housemates, or colleagues, assign tasks, and approve completions. Tethered tasks let you send a task to someone else and get notified when they mark it done.

CALENDAR & SCHEDULING

See everything in one view. The calendar brings together your tasks, habits, and planned activities so you always know what's coming. Blocked dates keep your schedule accurate, and the weekly habit planner ensures your routine fits your life.

NOTIFICATIONS & REMINDERS

Never miss a task with customisable reminders. Set multiple reminder times per task and get notified right when you need to act.

EP is built for people who want to be more productive, more consistent, and feel good doing it. Simple to start, powerful as you grow.
