PairMundo makes finding an au pair, or a host family, as easy as swiping.

Au pairs see families from around the world. Families see au pairs who fit their children, languages and dates. Swipe right to like, left to pass, or up to super like. When you both like each other, it's a match and you can start chatting straight away.

FOR HOST FAMILIES
• Photo-first profiles with experience, languages, skills and availability
• Smart match scores based on your children's ages, languages, dates and must-haves
• References and checked certificates (first aid, language tests) on au pair profiles
• See who already liked you
• Check the au pair rules for your country before you commit

FOR AU PAIRS
• Always free
• Discover families in the countries you want to live in
• Know the pocket money, hours and room before you match
• See the official age limits and visa rules for each country
• Read reviews from au pairs who stayed with a family before

MEET AND PLAN TOGETHER
• Video call your match right from the chat
• Propose a placement with dates, hours and pocket money
• Sign an au pair agreement in the app
• A shared checklist for visa, insurance, travel and the first week
• When it ends, both sides leave a review. Reviews stay hidden until you've both written yours, so they're honest.

SAFE BY DESIGN
• Email confirmation for every account
• Optional ID check, with an "ID verified" badge
• Every photo is checked before it goes live
• Block and report anyone from their profile or the chat
• Delete your account and data any time, right in the app

Families unlock messaging with a Family Pass: a one-off payment, no automatic renewal.

PairMundo is a matching platform, not an agency. Au pair rules differ by country and change over time, so always check the official rules for the host country before you agree to a placement.
