Measure by moving with meesure. Estimate distances, height differences, azimuth angles, slopes and areas by physically moving your phone from start to end.

Built for field measurements at construction sites, on open land and sports grounds, and in indoor spaces. Use it for quick estimates during site visits, for preliminary planning or for general measuring tasks.

HOW IT WORKS

Place your phone at the starting position, tap Start, then carry it to the next position. Walking with your phone lets you measure across a site or along a route. Tap the green check to capture the result. For Polygon Boundary or Multi-point Distance, tap POINT at each corner or position you want to add.

The camera and sensors track your phone's movement. You measure by moving the phone between positions, not by standing still and tapping distant objects in the camera view. To measure a height difference, move the phone from the lower position to the higher one, or vice versa. Choose points you can safely reach.

WHAT YOU CAN MEASURE

Free
• Horizontal Distance — distance between two points, ignoring height
• Vertical Offset — height difference between two points, positive upward and negative downward
• 3D Distance — straight-line distance between two points, including height

Pro
• Full A→B Breakdown — distances, height difference, inclination, magnetic bearing and local East/North/Up offsets in one reading
• Multi-point Distance — total distance through a series of points you visit
• Vertical Inclination — slope between two points in degrees, grade (%) or ratio (1:N)
• Azimuth from Reference — bearing relative to a direction you set by moving
• Azimuth from North — bearing between positions relative to magnetic north
• Polygon Boundary — field area enclosed by the corners you visit
• Radial Zone — circular area from a center point and a radius
• Path Tracking — distance along a short walked route, with a trail display
• Movement Speed — live and average speed as you move

ON SITE AND BEYOND

• Estimate distances along site access paths, fence lines and building perimeters
• Check accessible height differences and ramp or ground slopes
• Estimate areas for preliminary site and material planning
• Check staircase slopes
• Measure across warehouses, halls and other large indoor spaces
• Land area measurement by walking

You can also use meesure for everyday tasks around the home, garden or other spaces.

SAVE AND EXPORT

With Pro, save and name measurements for later, organize them into projects, and export a project or a single measurement as PDF or CSV.

CHOOSE YOUR UNITS

Distance in meters, centimeters or feet and inches. Area in m², ft², yd², acres or hectares. Speed in km/h, m/s, mph or ft/s. Inclination in degrees, grade (%) or ratio (1:N).

FREE AND PRO

Three measurement modes are free. Pro unlocks nine additional modes, saving and naming measurements, multiple projects and PDF/CSV export, and removes ads. Choose a subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. See the purchase screen for current pricing, subscription periods and any free trial available to your account.

CAMERA AND PRIVACY

Camera permission is required to track your phone's movement. Camera images are processed offline on your device for measurement and are not uploaded to any server. Measurement calculations also run locally, without GPS or location permission. The app uses advertising, analytics and attribution services; Pro removes ads.

MEASUREMENT LIMITS

meesure provides estimates. Results depend on your device's hardware, the surrounding conditions and how you move. Low light, blank or reflective surfaces, fast movement and longer routes can reduce accuracy. Path and speed errors can build up over time.

North-based bearings use magnetic north, not true north. Nearby metal and electronics can affect the compass and East/North offsets. Use suitable measuring equipment when accuracy is critical, and stay aware of your surroundings while moving.
