Church attendance, counted seat by seat, by the ushers who are in the room.

PewPin is a church attendance app for ushers and church teams. Open your room's seating chart, tap each seat as people sit — adult, child or visitor — and every usher's phone updates live. Totals, how full the room is and first-time visitors are ready before the service ends. No counting in your head, no tally sheets, no spreadsheet on Monday.

Built by an usher, for ushers.

HEADCOUNT YOU CAN TRUST
• Your real room: sections, rows and seats, from a ready-made layout or your own seating chart
• Tap a seat, or drag across a row
• Counts that aren't in a seat — children's church, the nursery, the worship team
• Every service: Sunday morning, evening, midweek, special events
• Keeps counting when the signal drops, then catches up

USHERS, TOGETHER
• Invite ushers and viewers with their own codes — one for ushers, one for viewers
• Owners set up, ushers count, viewers see the reports
• Every phone stays in sync during the service

KNOW YOUR SUNDAYS
• A report for every service: attendance totals, adults and children, how full the room was, where everyone sat
• Church attendance trends: averages, busiest Sundays, first-time visitors month by month
• Note a first-time visitor's name for follow-up. Names never appear on the seating chart, only owners and ushers can see them, and they are deleted automatically

PARKING HEADS-UP
• The parking team taps Send when a car pulls in
• Inside, the ushers' phones buzz with the party size, the door and the seats to hold together — never names or license plates

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Your church's information is visible only to your church's team
• No ads, no tracking, nothing sold

Counting, your team and recent reports are free. Trends, older reports, CSV and printing, visitor names and the parking heads-up are part of a church's paid plan.

PewPin counts attendance. It is not a child check-in, safeguarding or evacuation system.
