A Note from the Creators

It all started in our garage. My wife and I were finally tackling our storage unit, looking to flip some vintage finds and clear out space. We had the inventory, but we hit a wall fast: the photography.
We didn't have a professional white box or studio lights—just a cluttered room, a smartphone, and zero time. We found ourselves spending more time moving boxes to find a blank wall or fighting with bad lighting than we did actually listing items.
We realized that if we were struggling with this, other resellers must be too. We built Pholtr to solve our own problem: to turn a messy, dimly lit room into professional listing photos without the hassle.
Why Pholtr is Different (And why we need you)
We aren't a big, faceless corporation. We are building this for the community—sellers on eBay, Poshmark, Depop, Etsy, Mercari, and Shopify—who need professional results without the professional studio setup.
Pholtr is engineered for trust. Our goal isn't just to make the photo look "pretty"—it’s to make it look accurate. We enhance your images while strictly preserving the true condition, color, and texture of your item. This helps you sell faster while reducing "Item Not As Described" returns.
What Pholtr Actually Does:

Instant Background Removal
Get that crisp, pure white background required by Google Shopping and Amazon in a single tap. No manual erasing needed.

Fix Bad Lighting
Snap a photo in your dim garage (like we did!) or at night? No problem. Our AI balances exposure and removes harsh shadows without washing out the details.

Declutter Your Space
You don’t need a dedicated photo corner. Shoot anywhere. Pholtr removes the messy room behind your item so you can list immediately.
Optimized for Your Platform:
Whether you need clean, white backgrounds for eBay and Mercari, or aesthetic, bright vibes for Poshmark and Depop, Pholtr helps your listings rank higher and stop the scroll.

Key Features:
One-tap AI Background Remover
"True-to-Life" processing (keeps colors accurate)
Smart Centering & Cropping
High-Res Export

We Want Your Feedback
We are constantly tweaking our AI models, and we want to build this with you. Is a feature missing? Is the color correction off on vintage denim? There is a feedback button right in the app. Message us. We listen, and we update often based on what real sellers need.

Fair Pricing (No Subscription Traps)
We know listing flow fluctuates. You shouldn't have to pay a monthly subscription during slow months.
Pay As You Go: Pholtr uses a flexible credit system.
No Contracts: Buy credits when you list; keep them forever.
Premium Quality: We use top-tier AI models that cost money to run, but we pass the flexibility on to you.
