PileTrac Logger is a field tool that turns your phone's microphone into a real-time pile driving monitor. Accurately detect hammer blows, calculate stroke heights, and generate professional PDF reports — all without an internet connection.

Built for pile driving inspectors, contractors, and geotechnical engineers, PileTrac Logger eliminates manual counting and paper logs so you can focus on the work happening in front of you.

KEY FEATURES
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
🎤 Real-Time Audio Detection
Automatically detects each hammer blow using your device's microphone. No external hardware or sensors required — just press Start and let your phone listen.

📊 Automatic Stroke Height Calculation
Calculates the hammer stroke height for every detected blow based on the time interval between impacts. Supports a built-in database of industry-standard pile driving hammers.

📋 Detailed Session Logging
Tracks blow count, depth, stroke height, and timestamp at each depth increment. Expand any log entry to view individual blow-by-blow details.

🔧 Hammer & Pile Database
Select from a comprehensive database of diesel pile hammers. Choose from H-piles, pipe piles, square piles, octagonal piles, and circular piles with standard section sizes (AISC and EN standards).

📐 Bearing Capacity Estimation
Quickly estimate nominal pile resistance using the Modified Gates formula (Rn = 1.75√E·log(10N) - 100) directly in the field. Input stroke height and blows per inch to get an instant result.

🔊 Adaptive Sensitivity & Calibration
Calibrate the ambient noise floor in seconds. Choose between auto-sensitivity or manually adjust the detection threshold with a simple slider to handle any jobsite noise condition.

📄 Professional PDF Reports
Generate clean, well-formatted PDF reports that include project details, pile information, hammer specifications, and a complete driving log. Save directly to your phone's Downloads folder or share via email, messaging, or any other app on your device.

📏 Imperial & Metric Support
Switch between US Customary (feet, kips) and Metric (meters, kN) units to match your project specifications. The entire app — including reports — adjusts automatically.
