Truk-Em Driver is the field app for drivers at local moving and delivery companies. It is the driver side of Truk-Em Deliver, the software platform small delivery businesses use to run their day.

If your company uses Truk-Em Deliver, this app is where you see your assigned jobs, document every delivery, and collect payment on site.

EVERYTHING FOR THE JOB, IN ONE PLACE

Open the app and see the moves assigned to you. Every job shows the pickup and drop-off addresses, the customer's contact details, a full item list with sizes and floor levels, and any special instructions from the office or the customer. Tap for directions and go.

No more calling dispatch to ask what is on the truck, and no paper run sheets that get lost between stops.

UPDATE STATUS AS YOU WORK

Move each job through the day with a tap: accepted, picked up, en route, delivered. The office sees your progress in real time, so nobody has to call you for an update while you are carrying a couch down a staircase.

PROOF OF PICKUP AND DELIVERY

Photograph items and their condition at pickup, and again at drop-off. Photos attach directly to the job and are saved to your company's records.

When a customer says a piece was already scratched, or a delivery never arrived, the photos are already there. This is the documentation that settles damage disputes before they turn into chargebacks.

CUSTOMER SIGNATURE

Have the customer sign right on your phone to confirm delivery. The signature is stored with the job as proof of handoff. If the customer is not available, skip it and mark the job delivered anyway.

GET PAID AT THE DOOR

Collect payment on site the moment the work is done. Show a QR code or send a payment link and the customer pays by card on a secure Stripe checkout page. Taking cash or a check instead? Record it in the app and the balance clears.

Funds go straight to your company's own Stripe account. For hourly work, log the hours you actually worked and the app calculates the total from the company's rate. Need to adjust the amount for extra flights of stairs or a heavier load? Adjust it before you collect.

Payment never blocks the delivery. If the customer needs to pay later, mark the job delivered and the office handles invoicing.

YOUR DELIVERY HISTORY

Every completed job stays in your history with the customer, the date, and the record of what happened. Useful when you need to remember a house you delivered to three weeks ago.

BUILT FOR SMALL CREWS

Truk-Em Deliver is made for local moving and delivery operators running one to eight trucks. Not enterprise software with a six month rollout, and not a marketplace that takes your customers. It is the software your business runs on, and this is the app your drivers carry.

HOW TO GET AN ACCOUNT

Driver accounts are created by your delivery company. There is no sign-up in the app. If your company uses Truk-Em Deliver, ask your owner or dispatcher to set up your account, and you will get your sign-in details by email.

If you run a delivery or moving business and want to use Truk-Em Deliver, visit trukem.com/trukem-deliver to see pricing and get started.

WHAT YOU NEED

An Android phone, a data connection, and an account from your employer. The app uses your camera for delivery photos and your location during active jobs so your office can see where the truck is. Both are used only while you are working a job.
