Porcini is a home and life planner that organizes your household like a project: the appointments, the renewals, the repairs, the groceries, the things only you seem to remember. Use it on your own or share it with your family.

More than a chore chart or a to-do list, Porcini brings real project management structure to running a home, with tasks, deadlines, shared lists, routines and a family calendar in one place.

Organize by Hub
Group everything under Hubs: Home, Kids, Vehicles, Pets, whatever shape your life takes. Each Hub gets its own color, its own tasks and its own view. Tag anything (people, places, vendors) from one shared pool that works across tasks, lists, routines and contacts. Tag anything, find everything.

Capture with your voice
Say it and move on. Start with "Remind me," "Add to list," or "Create a task" and Porcini routes it automatically. Or just talk: anything unstructured goes to Declutter Mode, so you can empty your head now and sort it later.

See the whole week
Vista shows every Hub at once: a monthly family calendar, a Timeline that lays out your tasks like a project plan, a running list of what's next, or a People view showing who's doing what. Filter it, save the filter, come back to it any time.

Build routines that last
Turn the things you do over and over into notes, step-by-step instructions or checklists that reset each time. Cleaning routines, morning routines, seasonal home maintenance: same steps every time, without rebuilding them from memory.

Shared grocery and shopping lists
Named lists with categories, quantities and tags. Items group themselves by category as you shop. A Catch-All list holds anything you haven't sorted yet.

Share the load
Add household members with their own permissions. Person tags show who's involved without assigning anyone anything. Send a task to someone's queue when it's genuinely theirs.

Look ahead
Horizon and Insights show what's coming: upcoming events, routines that keep stalling, and a daily brief of what actually matters today.

You run it
Porcini doesn't make decisions for you. Nothing happens in your house unless you decide it. Your voice stays yours: recordings are turned into text and then discarded. We never store your audio, and it’s never used to train AI. No ads, and your data is never sold.
