Portium shows training centers how every group is progressing, week by week, so teachers can step in while the course is still running.

Attendance tells you who showed up. End-of-course surveys tell you how students felt. Portium shows what is actually happening in each group: who is keeping up, who is drifting, and who is ready for their next course.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Set the objective and the activities: homework, assignments, quizzes and daily practice.
2. Students log their work between sessions in the Portium app.
3. Teachers send short feedback while it can still change something.
4. Everyone sees progress. Teachers see who needs help this week, students see where they stand, and management sees every group.

FOR TEACHERS
• Group overview: this week's progress compared with last week, open activities and members, on one screen.
• Needs attention: students whose progress dropped or fell below half in the last 7 days are listed for you.
• A personal note in one tap: send a progress card in Arabic or English and share it wherever your students are.
• The group's week at a glance: see how many students completed each activity, day by day.
• Reply to learning journals and keep the conversation going between sessions.

FOR STUDENTS
• Today: everything due today across all your groups, in one list.
• My progress: see where you stand this week and how it compares with last week.
• Learning journal: write what you learned and read your teacher's notes.
• Daily reminders, so a busy week doesn't turn into a missed one.

FOR TRAINING CENTERS
• Keep more students: spot drifting students mid-course, while a teacher can still step in.
• Fill your next course: show each student how far they've come, so their next course is an easy conversation.
• Quality you can prove: evidence of progress for every group, not opinions at the end.
• Management and teachers finally look at the same picture, so you can back your teachers early.

ARABIC AND ENGLISH
A full Arabic interface with right-to-left layout, and English. Switch at any time in Settings.

WORKS WITH WHAT YOU HAVE
Portium is not an LMS and doesn't replace your current system. It adds the progress view your other tools can't give you.
