FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: Are you sick of menus covering most of the map and cluttering the interface on your family tracking app?
A: WhereYat! shows a full screen map with no menus for the main app functions.
Q: Why does the GPS only update every 2 minutes?
A: Simple. Battery. We found that 95% of the time family location apps are in the background. By reducing GPS updates to 2 minutes we dropped battery usage to approximately 1-2%/hour on newer phones rather than the excessive battery consumption of many competitors.
Q: Is there a free version?
A: Yes! After your 10-day ad-free trial, you can continue using WhereYat! for free with minimal ads. A subscription removes ads entirely and unlocks more safe zones.
