Achieve your dream physique and master impressive bodyweight skills with Protagonist, the ultimate guide to calisthenics workouts.

Protagonist is a calisthenics app built for people who want to learn real bodyweight skills from scratch and master effective calisthenics workouts. Pick a skill, follow the progression, train at your own pace at home, gym or park, and watch yourself climb from Zero to Protagonist.

Why did we build Protagonist?
Most people quit calisthenics because they have no structure and no way to measure progress. They do not know what to train, how to build up to a hard skill, or whether they are actually improving. Protagonist fixes all of that. Every skill has a clear path of exercises ordered from easiest to hardest. You always know exactly what to do next.

The rank system
As you train and unlock skills, you move through ten ranks that reflect how calisthenics actually feels at each stage.

Zero, Stickman, Please Clap, Send Help, Machine, Trust Me Bro, Door Problems, Anti Gravity, Pull The Lever, Protagonist.

Nobody calls themselves a beginner. Each rank unlocks a full-screen moment that actually feels earned. When you hit Door Problems, you will know what it means.

46 skills from beginner to advanced
Pull: Pullup, Muscle Up, Front Lever, Back Lever, Archer Pullup and more
Push: Dip, Handstand Pushup, Ring Dip and more
Core: L-sit, Dragon Flag, Hanging Leg Raise and more
Balance: Handstand and more
Legs: Pistol Squat, Shrimp Squat, Nordic Curl and more

Some skills need a pullup bar or parallel bars. Most can be done with no equipment at all.

How sessions work
Each calisthenics workout guides you through the progression exercises step by step. Sets, reps, rest timers, and form tips are all included. You can pause, skip, or exit at any time. Warmup and mobility routines are built in so you move safely and stay flexible as you progress.

Flexibility and mobility gaps are the most common reason intermediate athletes stop progressing. Protagonist covers both so you do not hit that wall.

Training history
Every session is logged on a calendar. Month view shows your training days by category: Push, Pull, Core, Legs, Flow. Year view shows your full consistency heatmap across 12 months. Skill achievements are marked on the calendar so you can see exactly when you hit each milestone.

Track your progress across every skill. See how many sessions it took to reach each rank and which skills you unlocked along the way.

Built for real training
Works offline. No internet connection needed to train. Progress is saved locally and syncs to your account when you are back online.

No random workouts. No generic plans. No chest day or leg day logic. Protagonist is built around movements and skills, the way calisthenics actually works.

Start at Zero. Train at home, at the gym, or at the park. Work through 46 bodyweight skills at your own pace. Reach Protagonist.
