Keep your prescribed GLP-1 medication records organized with Jotrea.

Jotrea helps adults record doses, set reminders based on their prescribed schedule, track weight, and organize notes for conversations with their healthcare provider. It is a personal tracking tool—not a service that creates or changes your treatment plan.

TRACK YOUR PRESCRIBED MEDICATION
• Record the medication, dose, and frequency prescribed by your healthcare provider.
• Log doses and review your medication history.
• Set medication reminders.
• Record injection sites when applicable.

FOLLOW YOUR PROGRESS
• Record weight entries and view changes over time.
• Log side effects and personal health notes.
• Keep your tracking information together for your next appointment.

ORGANIZE MORE WITH JOTREA PLUS
Core tracking is free. An optional Jotrea Plus subscription adds features including:
• Medication Cabinet for organizing additional medications.
• Visit Notes for preparing questions and discussion points.
• Provider summaries and report exports.

Additional medications in Medication Cabinet do not receive their own scheduled reminders.

YOUR RECORDS, ON YOUR DEVICE
Your tracking records are stored locally on your device. No Jotrea account is required. You choose when to export or share reports.

Subscription services process purchase information and an anonymous app identifier to manage Plus access. See our Privacy Policy for details.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
Jotrea Plus is available through optional monthly or annual subscriptions. Prices and any trial terms are shown in the app before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Google Play. Deleting Jotrea or clearing its data does not cancel a subscription.

IMPORTANT HEALTH INFORMATION
Jotrea is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It does not calculate or recommend medication doses.

Always follow your prescription and consult your healthcare provider or pharmacist before making decisions about your medication or treatment. Do not rely on Jotrea for emergency care.
