HOW FITQI USES HEALTH CONNECT (OPTIONAL)
If you connect Health Connect, Fitqi reads only the data you allow, only while the app is open:
• Steps → Home, Health tab and Lock-In step goals
• Distance → Lock-In distance goals
• Active calories burned → Health tab and Eat calorie balance
• Exercise sessions → active minutes on the Health tab
• Heart rate, HRV and VO2 Max → Health → Heart and Readiness
• Sleep → Health → Sleep and Readiness
• Menstruation → only if you turn on cycle tracking, to import period days
Fitqi can also save workouts you finish in Fitqi to Health Connect if you turn on "Save workouts to Health".
Fitqi does not read health data in the background and does not read resting heart rate, blood oxygen, respiratory rate, floors climbed, hydration, or weight from Health Connect. Health data is never sold or used for ads. See every type and why in the app: Settings → Health apps → What Fitqi reads and why.

Available in English, Bahasa Melayu and Filipino.
