Know what to train, follow clear targets and keep your workouts together. RTI combines personalised training plans, adaptive coaching and workout tracking to help you build a routine around your goals, experience, schedule and equipment.

Start training for free

Start with a complete, reusable training plan and RTI coaching included. Free plan options cover one or three training days a week, with 20- or 30-minute session targets. You can continue using your free plan without a subscription.

Optional paid plans expand the available training schedules, session durations and coaching tools. Actual workout time varies with exercises, rest and pace.

Follow a plan that adapts

Open your Home workout to see the exercises and targets prepared for you. Record your completed sets and effort so RTI can adjust future recommendations, whether that means building repetitions, increasing weight or holding steady.

Keep planned workouts, recovery days and completed sessions together in your weekly plan.

Choose or build your workout

Start from the RTI Playbook, reuse a template or build a session around the exercises you want to do. Choose available coach-led or self-guided options to suit how much direction you want.

Log your own training

Rep Logger is RTI’s dedicated workout logger and tracker, available with paid plans. Record exercises, sets, repetitions, weight and effort without a Session Score. Your completed work stays in your history and informs muscle readiness and recovery estimates.

Understand the exercises

Open exercise demonstrations and coaching cues before you start. Equipment-aware recommendations and exercise substitutions help you adapt when your setup changes.

See your progress

Review workout history, training volume and personal records. Follow your training consistency, strength and fitness progress, and estimated muscle recovery.

Eligible structured workouts can receive a Session Score to help you review performance over time.

Connect with friends

Use available friends, challenges and leaderboard features to share progress and compare eligible results. Privacy controls let you choose what others can see.

Optional Health Connect

Connect compatible apps and devices through Health Connect. When enabled, supported activity and recovery data can provide additional context for RTI’s training features. Availability depends on your subscription and connected services.

Access and subscriptions

RTI includes free training features and optional subscriptions purchased through Google Play. Paid plans add training options, Rep Logger and further tools for coaching, progress and personalisation. Available features depend on your plan.
