🏆 TRAIN UNDER A LEGEND
A new kind of AI fitness app where your coach actually calls your phone. Five AI personas, each with their own colours, programs, nutrition style and voice. The whole app transforms around your pick.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
🥇 5 LEGEND COACHES
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
• THE SCULPTOR — modern physique style, controlled tempo, PPL splits
• THE MONUMENT — golden era volume, double-splits, pump-focused
• THE ANALYST — evidence-based, RIR programming, optimal ROM
• THE COMMANDER — heavy raw intensity, no excuses, strict form
• THE ARCHITECT — periodization, MEV to MRV progression, deloads
Your first coach is free — pick ANY of the five. Each one changes the entire app: colours, workout plans, nutrition philosophy, even the voice that talks to you during sets.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
📞 REAL WAKE-UP CALLS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Set a time. Your phone RINGS like an actual incoming call. Full screen, full ringtone, persistent vibration. Decline? Your coach calls back in 5 minutes — twice, then it lets you be. Sleeping through your alarm just got a lot harder.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
🎯 AI FORM CORRECTION (PRO — COMING SOON)
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
On-device pose detection tracks 33 skeletal joints in real time during squats, deadlifts, curls and more. Knees caving? Hips shooting up? Depth short? Your coach calls it out mid-rep. It runs entirely on your phone — video frames are never uploaded.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
🍽️ GLOBAL NUTRITION DATABASE
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
1.2 million packaged foods (USDA + OpenFoodFacts). 200+ global dishes — paneer, biryani, sushi, burritos, pho. Each coach has its own nutrition philosophy and macro split.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
🔥 STREAK + REWARD SYSTEM
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
A chain calendar tracks daily consistency. Streak freezes protect your progress — you earn one every 7 training days. A reward chest drops after every single workout.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
💪 EVERYTHING ELSE
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
• AI food photo scanning — snap, log, done (PRO — coming soon)
• Weekly physique progress photos with side-by-side comparison (PRO — coming soon)
• Coach-designed signature workout programs
• A 30-second pre-workout check-in that adapts the day's volume to your recovery
• Legend progression (Rookie → Grinder → Athlete → Elite → Legend)
