RF Health is a practice management and medical records app for ophthalmologists who consult at more than one hospital or clinic.

Sign in once and switch between the hospitals you visit. Each hospital keeps its own schedule, staff and billing, while every patient keeps one clinical record that follows them across hospitals. The next person who sees the patient starts from what actually happened at the last visit, not from what was remembered.

OPD AND APPOINTMENTS
• Day view of appointments and the live OPD queue for each hospital
• Check patients in, move them through the queue and close the session at the end of the clinic
• Follow-up reminders so patients due for review are not missed

ELECTRONIC MEDICAL RECORDS FOR OPHTHALMOLOGY
• Structured consultation notes: history, examination, assessment, investigations and plan
• Visual acuity, refraction (including subjective refraction and the duochrome test) and other ophthalmic findings
• Right eye, left eye and both eyes recorded clearly for every finding and every medicine
• Full patient timeline with prior visits and records available during the consultation

PRESCRIPTIONS AND TREATMENT PLANS
• Prescribe by route, eye, dose, frequency and duration in a single line
• Tapering doses for steroid drops and other medicines
• Treatment protocols you can apply in one tap and adjust for each patient
• Printable prescriptions, visit summaries and discharge summaries

SURGERY AND INVESTIGATIONS
• Suggested investigations based on the diagnosis
• Surgery workflow with operative notes and consent forms

PRACTICE INSIGHTS
• Daily OPD volume, repeat visit rate and other numbers you run the practice on
• Revenue and collections by hospital and by month

SECURE BY DESIGN
• Role-based access: doctors, front desk, billing and administrators each see only what their role needs
• Every view and edit of a patient record is written to an audit log
• Data is encrypted in transit

WHO IT IS FOR
RF Health is built for ophthalmologists and their teams: front desk, optometrists, nurses and billing staff. Accounts are set up by your RF Health administrator. To get started, contact us through ppmsai.com.

RF Health is a records and practice management tool. It does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment advice. Clinical decisions remain with the treating doctor.
