Prox2Me — The Personal CRM Built on Proximity

Every day, you cross paths with people who could matter later—a helpful professional, potential customer, neighbor, new friend, another parent or grandparent, volunteer, contractor, someone who shares your interests, or simply someone worth knowing.

Most of those connections disappear. You exchange a name or a phone number, but weeks later you can't remember who the person was, where you met, why you wanted to stay in touch, or what you talked about.

Prox2Me was built to solve that—as a personal CRM with something no contact list has ever had: real-time proximity. It's built around a question you already ask every day: who's nearby?

Unlike traditional social media, Prox2Me isn't designed around followers, likes, or an algorithm feeding you content. Prox2Me begins with real people and real-world relationships, organized the way a CRM organizes a business—except this one is built for your whole life.

When you meet someone worth remembering, Prox2Me lets you create a connection and preserve the context around it: who they are, how you met, why it matters, how to reach them, and what kind of relationship you have. Organize connections as Clients, Professionals, Partners, or Community, so business contacts, neighbors, friends, family, and community connections all live in one organized place.

Then, when people choose to make themselves visible, Prox2Me adds what a contact list never could: proximity. Search for who and what is nearby right now—the same way you'd search "restaurants nearby," "handyman near me," or "fishing buddies nearby"—except Prox2Me is searching real people you already know or people who've chosen to be discoverable, not anonymous listings.

You already know this feeling from delivery apps: your driver is nearby, then close, then arrived. Prox2Me brings that same real-time awareness to people who actually matter to you. Not "Your driver is close," but "Mike, the contractor you met at the hardware store, is nearby," or "You're close to Sarah from the museum."

Imagine meeting that contractor at a hardware store. You're not ready to start your project, but you connect through Prox2Me and leave a private note. Three months later, instead of searching "contractors near me" and hoping for the best, you already know exactly who to call.

Or you're fishing at a lake and someone mentions a Saturday fishing group. A casual conversation becomes a community of people who share your interests—and next time, you can just check who's nearby.

A veterinarian meets a pet owner who needs help. Grandparents meet at a museum and discover shared interests. A professional meets a future client. A neighbor becomes a friend.

These aren't online interactions manufactured for engagement. They're real relationships that began in the real world—and a personal CRM built to keep track of them as your life actually happens, not as a feed decides to show them to you.

Traditional social media asks: "What content can we show you next?"
Prox2Me asks: "Who's nearby that you don't want to forget?"

Prox2Me combines the usefulness of a contact list, the context of relationship notes, the discovery of a professional directory, and the real-time awareness of a proximity network—while leaving you fully in control of your visibility.

You decide whom you connect with. You decide what relationships you keep. You decide when you're visible on the map and in search.

There's no need to turn your personal life into content just to maintain a connection. Sometimes the most valuable person isn't an influencer or someone an algorithm thinks you should know—sometimes it's the person nearby, a few feet away.
