Receivly is a mailroom parcel tracking system for offices, coworking spaces, property managers, and campuses. Track inbound parcels from scan to pickup — with AI label scanning, automatic recipient notifications, and a verified chain of custody.

This is inbound package tracking software for business mailrooms. Carrier tracking ends at the building. Receivly covers the last leg: who logged the parcel, who was notified, where it is stored, and who signed for it.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Smart Scan — Point the camera at a shipping label. Receivly reads the barcode and pulls tracking, carrier, sender, and recipient.
• Instant notifications — The moment a parcel is received, the recipient gets an email with the details.
• Recipient directory — Match incoming packages to the right person, including aliases and nicknames.
• Chain of custody — One verified timeline: Verified at Dock → Received → Notified → Delivered. Each step is backed by a scan, and photos stay with the parcel.
• Re-receive — Scan an already-delivered package again. A new label photo is captured and prior history is kept.
• Print labels — Print QR labels for tracking. Brother label printers are supported, with the system printer as a fallback.
• Deliver with proof — Optional signature and photo when a parcel is handed off.
• Works offline — Keep receiving when the network drops; Receivly syncs when you are back online.
• Secure sign-in — PIN or biometric unlock on the device.

WHO IT’S FOR
Receivly is built for mailroom and receiving staff at offices, buildings, and campuses. It is a staff app — you need a Receivly organization account to sign in. Recipients do not install this app to pick up packages.

Parcel tracking (scan, notify, proof, reporting) is the core of this Android app. Digital Mailroom and Visitor Management are each sold on their own or with any Parcels plan. Visitor management runs on iPad — not in this Android app.

Receivly is available in English and Spanish.
