Recomp Health helps you see what your weight change is made of. The goal isn't just to lose weight — it's to lose fat while keeping as much lean mass as you can. Built for people on GLP-1 medications, and for anyone recomposing without them.

YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE
Home turns your latest data into one clear picture: how today is tracking, your next most useful step, your progress toward your goal, and a short evidence-based read each day on protein, training, sleep and more.

WHAT YOU CAN TRACK
- Body composition — weight, body fat % and lean mass, with 7-day averages to smooth out daily scale noise
- DEXA scans — all the key fields from your report, compared scan to scan, as a reference measurement for your trend
- GLP-1 injections — log dose, site and side effects, with optional reminders
- Nutrition — daily calories, protein and macros, entered yourself or synced from Health Connect, with a daily protein goal
- Training — key lifts and cardio sessions, plus workouts synced from Health Connect
- Measurements — waist, chest, hips, arms, thighs and more
- Bloodwork — HbA1c, glucose, lipids, vitamins and more, entered from your lab results and trended over time
Use metric or imperial units, and SI or US units for lab results.

HEALTH CONNECT, IN SYNC
Connect Health Connect and readings from your smart scale, food app and workouts flow into your trends automatically. Recomp Health only reads — it never writes anything back.

SCALE AND DEXA, KEPT HONEST
Your scale and a DEXA scan are different instruments, so Recomp Health always shows them separately. A difference between them is information, not an error.

SHARE THE REAL STORY
Turn your progress into full-screen cards made for Instagram, TikTok and Messages — Transformation, DEXA Proof, Recomp Journey, Performance, Health Signals and Before/After. Each card appears only when you have the data behind it, so everything you share is your own.

REPORTS YOU CAN SHARE
Create the Recomp Journey Report, a multi-page record of your progress, or the Recomp Health Summary, a concise one- to two-page record of your body composition and health data. Send the PDF, or share a private link that expires and can be turned off at any time. Reports are part of Recomp AI. Your data is always free to export as a CSV spreadsheet.

RECOMP AI (OPTIONAL SUBSCRIPTION)
Ask questions about your own logged data and get plain-language answers grounded in it — like what changed this month, or how your scans compare. Recomp AI describes your data; it does not give medical advice. A free trial may be available for eligible new subscribers. A daily question limit applies.

Recomp Health provides informational tools for recording, organising and visualising information you provide or connect. Recomp Health is not a medical provider and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Always talk to a qualified healthcare professional before starting, changing or stopping any medication.
