ReelGuard randomly kicks you out of Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Facebook at unpredictable moments so you don't have to rely on willpower.

No coaching. No screen time lectures. Just an unexpected interruption that breaks the scroll loop.

HOW IT WORKS
ReelGuard runs in the background and monitors when you're scrolling short-form video. After a random interval, it sends you back to your home screen. For the next 30 seconds the app stays locked, so reopening it out of reflex doesn't work. That's it.
