Missionary Tracker is a private countdown for families with one missionary or several. Put each return date on your phone, add a photo, and see local time and weather for the place they are serving. Switch people from the list. The home-screen widget shows the person you last opened.

What you can keep

- Several missionaries, with a way to switch, edit, reorder, or remove someone
- A home-screen widget that follows whoever you last opened in the app
- A searchable list of current missions, or a name you type yourself
- An 18-month or 24-month mission length. Enter the start date and the return date fills in. A custom return date covers an early or late release
- Days remaining, weeks and months, and progress such as Month 7 of 24
- A progress bar from the start date to the return date
- “Welcome home!” after the return date
- The mission name and a mission-home address when a public page has published one
- A current-area address you type, used for time and weather instead of the mission home
- Local time with a day or night indicator
- Temperature, condition, and the day’s high and low
- Fahrenheit by default, with a switch to Celsius
- Photos you choose, shown in the app and rotated on the home-screen widget
- A Quick Note that opens the email app already on your phone, with an optional photo or short video

The home-screen widget comes in small, medium, and large sizes. The widget cannot send mail. Tapping it opens Quick Note in the app, which hands the message to your email app. Missionary Tracker does not send the email itself.

Weather comes from Open-Meteo and does not need an account. The request sends the latitude, longitude, and time zone of the place you saved. It does not send the missionary’s name, email, note, or photos.

Names, dates, email addresses, notes, and photos stay on the device. There is no account, no analytics, and no ads.
