Bonita Translator turns your phone into a hands-free English ↔ Spanish interpreter — built for retail counters, service desks, and anywhere you need to help a customer in the other language.

HOW IT WORKS
Tap once to start. You speak English — your customer hears it in Spanish. They reply in Spanish — you hear it in English. The app listens, translates, and speaks automatically so you can stay focused on the customer, not the screen.

100% ON-DEVICE PRIVACY
Everything happens on your phone. Speech recognition, translation, and text-to-speech all run locally — no audio, text, or personal data is ever uploaded. There is no server, no account, and no analytics. What your customers say stays on your device and nowhere else.

KEY FEATURES
• One-tap start — begin translating immediately, no setup beyond allowing the microphone
• Hands-free conversation loop — listen → translate → speak → listen again, automatically
• Ping-pong mode — auto-swaps direction after each exchange so you and your customer take turns naturally
• On-device translation powered by Google ML Kit — works offline after a one-time model download
• Adjustable voice speed, end-of-sentence pause length, and Spanish accent (Mexico, US, or Spain)
• Conversation transcript on screen so you can review what was said
• Optional conversation history — saved only on your phone, deletable with one tap
• No sign-in, no subscription, no ads

BUILT FOR REAL CONVERSATIONS
The app detects when someone finishes speaking and immediately translates — no button presses needed during a conversation. The microphone pauses while the translated voice plays so the app never hears itself. Adjustable pause timing lets you accommodate fast or slow speakers.
