Kin — the city is full of your people.

Open Kin and you'll see a map of what's actually happening near you today: what your friends are planning at the rooftop bar, which run club has openings, what's down the street that you didn't know about.

Tap any pin. See who's already going. Join the group chat. Meet up in person. That's it.

No watching strangers´ lives in reels. No algorithm deciding what you care about. Just real plans with real people, blocks from where you stand.

WHY KIN IS DIFFERENT
• No infinite scroll. The map is the feed.
• No algorithmic ranking. You see what's nearby and what your friends are up to.
• No follower counts, no likes, no brainrot.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Post Hangouts, free — real plans with your friends, never public. Share one with friends only, a group, or just the people you pick. Want to see a movie but not sure who's in? Post a Hangout and your friends see it and tell you. A pickup soccer game, a co-working day at the new cafe, a poetry night at the bookstore, a party at your place. See who's going. Join the chat. Meet up IRL.
• Find Events — concerts, art openings, classes, festivals, weekly trivia, anything you'd circle on a calendar. Filter by today, this week, this month.
• Group Chats — every hangout and event gets its own chat. Coordinate, ask questions, share photos, send voice messages, react with emoji.
• Feed — events and your friends' hangouts in one list, filtered to what you're into. No noise.

FREE TO BROWSE AND POST, FIRST MONTH FREE
Browsing is free: open the map and see everything happening near you, no account needed. Posting is free too: post a hangout or submit an event, and chat with the people in your plan. Ready to join in? Your first month is free, then one membership (US $1.99/month, or your local equivalent) lets you join other people's events and hangouts, chat in them, message friends and add friends.

PRIVACY + SAFETY, TAKEN SERIOUSLY
• Foreground-only location. Kin never tracks you in the background. Close the app and we stop receiving your location.
• Full data export (Settings → Download my data) and account deletion that actually deletes your data, not just hides it.
• Kin is 18+.

LANGUAGES
English, Spanish, and Korean. More as we grow.
