Oak & Pine Workshop is the private job-management tool for Oak & Pine by Design. It puts the day's work on a phone, so a joiner can run a job from the bench without walking back to a laptop.

THE WORKSHOP BOARD
See every job in the workshop, one stage at a time. Move a job on with a single tap and the office sees it immediately. Filter to what needs approval, what is overdue, and what is ready to go out.

TODAY
Open the app and see what the day actually needs: what moved, what finished, and which clients are still waiting on an update. Jobs that have gone quiet are flagged before the customer has to chase.

JOBS AND CLIENTS
Search every job by reference, client, title or order number. Filter by stage, priority or who it is assigned to. Open a client to see their whole history in one place.

DOOR SHEETS AND QUOTES
Build a door sheet on the shop floor and send a quote from the same screen. Documents are generated as PDFs, ready to send by email or WhatsApp.

CUSTOMER PROGRESS
Send a customer a photo and a line about where their kitchen is up to, straight from the job it belongs to.

THE ASSISTANT
Ask in plain words and it gets on with it. Move a job to the next stage, open a door sheet or quote, add or change a line on a door sheet, or make a customer tracking link - it acts straight away and tells you exactly what changed. It works with your own permissions, so it can only do what you could do yourself, and every change shows up in the job's history. It asks only when it genuinely needs to, such as a reason for moving a job backwards.

MAIL
Read every email that reaches your business inboxes from the More tab, reply from the right business address, and get a notification the moment a customer writes.

BUILT FOR A WORKSHOP
Large tap targets for gloved hands. Works on a phone held in one hand beside a machine. No adverts, no tracking, no analytics.

ACCESS
This is a private tool for authorised staff. There is no public sign-up; accounts are issued by a workspace administrator.
