Ringhouse is a business phone line your whole team shares. Get a local number in the UK, the United States, Ghana or Nigeria, add your teammates, and handle every call, text and voicemail from one inbox on your phone, your Mac or the web.

ONE INBOX FOR THE WHOLE TEAM
• Every call, text, voicemail and missed call lands in a shared inbox, so nothing slips through when someone is busy or away.
• See who answered, who is replying and what was said. Notes, assignments and mentions keep the team in sync.
• Calls ring everyone on the line at once, or in the order you choose.

LOCAL NUMBERS WHERE YOU WORK
• Pick a number in the UK, the United States, Ghana or Nigeria, or bring the number you already have.
• Add more numbers for new locations, departments or campaigns as you grow.
• Send and receive texts on numbers that support messaging.

AN AI RECEPTIONIST THAT NEVER MISSES A CALL
• When nobody is free, the receptionist answers for your business, takes messages, answers common questions and tells you what the caller needed.
• Set opening hours, greetings and call flows so callers always reach the right person.

CALLS THAT FEEL NATIVE
• Incoming business calls ring like any other call, showing the caller's name and the line they called.
• Hold, mute, transfer and keypad on every call, with voicemail waiting in the inbox when you can't pick up.
• Keep your personal number private while you work from your own phone.

BUILT FOR SMALL TEAMS
• Restaurants, clinics, agencies, trades and shops use Ringhouse to share one number without sharing one phone.
• Works on Android, iPhone, Mac and the web, always in sync.
