Talos is one coach for any goal.

Get stronger, run a PB, race a triathlon from sprint to Ironman, train for HYROX, lose fat, build muscle, or any mix of them at once. Tell Talos your goal and your week, and it builds a properly periodised plan around you, with nutrition to match. Life gets in the way? Move sessions between days, swap any exercise, or train around an injury, the plan works with you.

ONE PLAN, NOT FIVE APPS
Most apps make you choose: lift or run, strength or endurance. Talos combines them into a single coherent week... the hybrid training other apps can't do with the running, lifting, swimming and event work all talking to each other.

BUILT AROUND YOUR NUMBERS
Give it one recent time or lift and it derives everything: your running paces from a single 5K, your strength loads from what you actually lift, your bike and swim targets from your FTP and CSS. Every session has a purpose, a target, and a reason to be there.

TRAINING THAT ADAPTS TO YOU
• Custom programmes for strength, running, HYROX, triathlon, or true hybrid training
• Progressive workouts that adjust as you improve
• Clear targets for every set, rep, and pace
• Attach a screenshot of your watch workout and get instant coach feedback

NUTRITION MADE SIMPLE
• Snap a photo of any meal: AI instantly logs calories and macros
• 100+ high-protein recipes designed for real results
• Calorie and macro targets that flex with your training week

SEE YOUR FUTURE SELF
Upload a photo and AI shows you what's possible. Visualise the transformation before you begin, and track the real one as it happens.

REAL COACHING, NOT JUST AN APP
• Message your coach directly in the app — text, voice notes, or video
• Honest guidance: Talos tells you plainly when a goal needs a longer runway
• Progress reviews built from what you actually log
