Paceful is a calming meditation app created for people living with chronic illness, including M.E./CFS and Long Covid, and for anyone who needs gentle, low-stimulation support.

The app offers guided meditations for rest, sleep, pain, low energy, pacing and post-exertion recovery. Sessions are designed to feel soft, steady and easy to follow, with a calm interface and simple playback controls.

Paceful includes three free guided meditations to help you get started. Weekly and annual membership options unlock the full meditation library, additional ambience options and member features. Eligible new subscribers can start with a seven-day free trial. Prices and renewal terms are shown in your local currency through Google Play.

A few gentle onboarding questions help you find a starting point, with suggested meditation categories and guides based on your preferences. You can skip the questions, explore at your own pace and use the free sessions without subscribing.
