FX Insights is an industrial inspection and monitoring service that collects
measurements from BATCAM ultrasonic (acoustic) cameras in the cloud. When a camera
detects a problem you cannot see and can barely hear — a compressed air leak,
a partial discharge, an abnormal noise — FX Insights lets you review the result
from anywhere.

■ Features

· Device management
See every BATCAM registered to your organization and its connection status at a
glance, without walking back to a desk.

· Quick setup with QR codes
No manual typing. Scan the code on the device and your camera is connected in
three steps.

· Event records
Filter the event files uploaded by your cameras by type and date to find exactly
the record you need.

· Event detail
Check capture time, event type, sound pressure level (dB) and the on-site image
on one screen, then download the raw measurement file to your device.

· Acoustic analysis
Play back the waveform to hear the sound, and inspect the frequency spectrum well
into the ultrasonic band that human ears cannot reach.

· English and Korean
App text follows your device language; the service language can be changed in
settings.

■ Before you start

· FX Insights is provided to organizations. An FX Insights account is required —
your organization's administrator issues it.
· A BATCAM device is required to capture and upload measurement data.
· No in-app purchases. No ads.

■ Permissions

· Camera (optional) — scanning QR codes to register devices, 〔live inspection video〕
· Microphone (optional) — 〔voice for live inspection calls〕
· Photos (optional) — saving images captured in the app to your device
· Storage (optional, Android 9 and below) — downloading reports and measurement files

Declining an optional permission limits only that feature; the core service remains
available. Permissions can be revoked at any time in device settings.
