Starting over is not failure. It's the most honest thing you can do.

90 Days Recovery Tracker is a private, focused app built for people who want to break free from pornography. There are no lectures, no community feeds, no social pressure. Just a clean timer, a daily check-in, and an honest record of your journey — one day at a time.

**How it works**

Open the app and set your start date. Your 90-day round begins immediately. Each day, check in with how you're feeling, add a short reflection note if something is on your mind, and watch your progress build. When you reach 90 days, your round is complete. But the journey doesn't have to stop there — you can keep going, and every round you attempt is permanently saved so you can look back at your entire history.

If you have a setback, you log it honestly and start a new round. There is no punishment. No shame spiral. The setback is recorded as information — how far you got, how your mood trended, what patterns are emerging — and your next round starts immediately.

**Why 90 days?**

Many people find that 90 days marks a meaningful turning point in recovery from compulsive pornography use. Ninety days is not a magic number — it is the first major checkpoint. A milestone worth working toward, not a finish line.

**Built for recovery, not streaks**

Most habit-tracking apps are optimized for streaks. Break one and you feel like you have failed. This app is built differently. A setback doesn't erase your progress — it adds to your record. You can see how your rounds are improving over time, how your longest clean streak is growing, and how your mood is shifting. The goal is not a perfect streak. The goal is to understand yourself better and build a new pattern — one honest day at a time.

**Daily check-ins**

Once per day, record how you are feeling: Struggling, Neutral, or Strong. Add an optional note — a trigger you noticed, something you are proud of, how the day felt. These check-ins build into a mood history you can look back on at any time. Each day also shows a rotating reflection prompt designed to help you build self-awareness without repeating itself.

**Insights**

The Insights tab gives you a clear picture of each round: total relapses, your longest clean streak, days completed, and a mood breakdown across all your check-ins. Compare rounds to see how you are progressing over time — not just how the latest one went.

**History**

The History tab shows you a day-by-day view of your entire round — every clean day, every relapse, every check-in. Tap any day to read the note you left yourself. A complete, private record of your journey.

**Milestone moments**

The app quietly acknowledges your progress at 7, 14, 30, and 60 days. Not flashy badges or gamification — just a simple acknowledgement that you showed up, that the work is real, and that what you have built so far matters.

**Daily reminders**

Set a daily reminder for morning, afternoon, or evening. A gentle nudge to check in, stay connected to your goal, and not let the day slip by unacknowledged. You choose the time. You can skip it entirely if you prefer.

**Fully private**

Your data never leaves your device — no account, no sign-in, no server. Your moods, notes, relapse history, and rounds stay on your phone and are never shared with us or anyone else. Built from the start with local-only storage and no backend.

**Who this is for**

This app is for anyone who has decided they want to stop using pornography and wants a simple, private way to hold themselves accountable. It is not a community platform or a social network. It is a personal tool — quiet, honest, and focused entirely on your own journey. If you are looking for community support, there are excellent forums for that. This app is for the part of the work that only you can do.
