TicketHub is the support desk app for SWITS support teams. Answer customer tickets, take live chats and keep your queue under control from your phone, wherever you are.

One queue for every product
Tickets from PeopleHub, TalentHub and AccountsHub arrive in a single queue. Switch between products, or see them all at once.

• Views for what matters now: Needs reply, Open, Unassigned, Mine and Closed
• Filter by status, priority, category, channel, assignee or date
• Search by ticket number, subject, customer or organisation

Reply and resolve
• Read the full conversation and reply in seconds
• Change status, priority and category, and add tags
• Assign tickets to yourself or a teammate
• Save quick replies for answers you send often

Live chat
• See who is waiting for a chat and pick it up straight away
• Chat in real time, with typing indicators
• End the chat and resolve the ticket in one step
• Set yourself to Available or Away so chats only reach agents who are ready

Never miss an update
• Push notifications for new tickets, replies, chat requests and assignments
• An in-app notification list so you can catch up later

Knowledge base
Look up help articles while you reply, so your answers stay consistent.

For team leads
Superadmins can add agents to the team and manage their access from the app.

Secure sign-in
Sign in with your work email and a 6-digit PIN. Superadmins can add an authenticator code for extra protection. Each account can be signed in on one device at a time.

Who can use TicketHub
TicketHub is for SWITS support staff. Accounts are created by your administrator; you can't sign up from the app. If you need access, contact your team's superadmin.
