Lios Workout builds a training programme from six questions, shows you a real video for every exercise, and logs your sets so the next session starts from what you actually lifted.

A PROGRAMME THAT FITS YOU
Tell Lios your goal, experience, days per week and equipment. It picks one of 40 proven programmes (5/3/1, GZCLP, PPL, PHUL, upper/lower and more), sizes it to your week, and lets you rename it, swap days and add your favourite lifts.

BUILT AROUND YOUR BODY
Tap the areas you want to focus on and Lios adds an extra exercise for each. Tap what is sore or injured and the programme swaps the lifts that load it for gentler ones — the muscle group stays.

412 EXERCISES WITH VIDEO
Every lift has a looping clip, the muscles it works, step-by-step cues, common mistakes and variations. Tap a muscle on the body map to find exercises for it. Every exercise has an ID you can search.

LOG IN TWO TAPS
Weight, reps, tick. The rest timer starts itself. Swap or drop an exercise mid-session. See time, volume, sets and calories as you train; add your heart rate from a watch. Personal records are spotted automatically.

LIOS REMEMBERS
Your calendar shows Day 1, Day 2, your own routines and the lifts you planned for a date. Lios suggests what to do today based on what you did last time, and nudges you when it has been a while.

TALK TO LIOS
Ask what to train, how you are progressing, what to eat, or what to do about sore knees — by text or voice. Lios is there from the first screen and in the corner of every tab.

A COMMUNITY THAT SHOWS UP
Every finished session posts to the board. Give kudos, ask a question, compare notes. Report or block anyone who spoils it — a moderator reviews every report.
