ScoliClock is where your brace hours, Cobb angles, and daily check ins finally live in one place. Built for scoliosis brace wearers, by one.

Wearing a brace doesn't pause your life. It just adds one more thing to keep track of: hours to hit, appointments to prep for, days that don't go the way you planned. ScoliClock is the place to put all of that down, so your head doesn't have to hold it.

Carolina built ScoliClock after her own scoliosis diagnosis in 2025, at 45, facing 20 hours a day in a brace. The apps she tried were buggy and didn't fit the way she actually lived, so she built the one she wished she'd had. She still uses it every day.

FREE, ALWAYS

Wear Time Tracking. One tap to start, one tap to stop. Forgot to hit start this morning? Add the hours manually, or use the calculator to backfill a stretch you never logged at all. Your last 7 days, 30 days, and 12 months are always one glance away.

PDF Progress Report. Walk into your next appointment already knowing what the last three months looked like, instead of reconstructing it from memory in the waiting room. One tap and it saves straight to your phone.

Milestones. Twenty one of them, from your very first session to a 365 day streak to 10,000 hours. Plenty of small ones early, so there's something to reach in week one, not just year one.

Your Insights. The app notices patterns you might not: that weekends slip more than weekdays, that your best streak was 22 days, that you're three hours from your next milestone. Quiet observations, never nagging.

Share My Journey. Turn your progress into an image worth posting, to social media, to friends and family, or straight to your care team. It pulls in your total hours, the days you hit your goal, days tracked, and the milestones you've earned. Prefer a private link? That works too.

Brace On: A Calm Beginning. A free guided audio session, just under nine minutes, for the start of any wear session or any moment you need to reset.

PRO

Wellness Journal. Two minutes a day: mood, energy, pain, sleep, water. Pain gets specific, upper back, mid back, lower back, neck, hip, or ribs, left or right, so real patterns can surface instead of a vague sense that this week was rough. Log exercise too, from yoga and swimming to physical therapy and strength training, and time your equipment sessions: ScoliRoll, DennerRoll, foam roller, traction, vibration plate. Export all of it to a spreadsheet whenever you want.

Spinal Curves. Log your Cobb angle after each X-ray, in brace and out of brace, and pull up any two entries side by side to see exactly what moved. Your numbers, in your hands, instead of half remembering what you were told.

Wellness Journeys. Four more guided audio sessions beyond the free one: pain relief imagery, body confidence, restful sleep, and stress and anxiety relief. Created by a board certified clinical hypnotherapist who wears a brace herself.

Cycle Tracking. Log your period and symptoms, see your current phase, and watch how it lines up with your comfort and your wear consistency. Optional moon phase sync if that's more your speed.
