SendACrew dispatches vetted repair crews to your property and pays them the moment the job is done — no phone tag, no chasing invoices, no surprise bills.

FOR PROPERTY OWNERS AND MANAGERS
Post a maintenance issue with a photo and a description. SendACrew matches you with a nearby, vetted contractor qualified for the job — residential or commercial, standard or emergency. Track your crew on a live map from dispatch to arrival. Review and approve the quote before any work starts, and approve any change order before a contractor goes past it. When the job is done, you get before-and-after photos, an e-signature step, and an invoice generated automatically — payment is captured the same moment, not chased down later.

FOR CONTRACTORS AND CREWS
Set your trade, service radius, and working hours, and get matched to jobs that fit — automatically, with no bidding war. Accept a quote, drive to the job with turn-by-turn context, check in on arrival, document your work with photos, and get the customer's signature on the spot. Payment lands in your account the moment the signature clears — no invoicing, no waiting on a check, no collections.

WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT
• Vetted crews only — identity, license, and insurance are verified before a contractor can be matched to a job; FCRA-compliant background checks are rolling out now.
• Payment method on file before dispatch — no work starts without a way to pay for it, and no contractor works without a way to get paid.
• Live GPS tracking from dispatch to arrival, both sides see the same map.
• Before/after photo evidence and e-signature on every completed job.
• Change orders require your approval before a contractor can bill for anything beyond the original quote.
• Automatic invoicing and payout — no paperwork after the signature.

Whether you manage one property or a portfolio, or you're a crew looking for steady, qualified work with same-day payment, SendACrew handles the dispatch, the trust, and the money — so you can handle the job.
